Personal data that are processed

Zebra may process personal data about you, because you use the services of Zebra, and / or because you provide Zebra with it when you fill out a contact form on the website. Zebra can process the following personal data:

Why Zebra needs data

Zebra processes your personal data to be able to contact you by telephone if you request it, and / or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail and / or by mail) if you cannot be reached by telephone.

In addition, Zebra can use your personal data in the context of carrying out an assignment agreement concluded with you, usually consisting of mediation for a vacancy.

How long Zebra stores data

Zebra does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. Your data will not be kept for more than two years if no agreement is reached with you. If an agreement is reached with you, we will retain your information in accordance with the legal deadline.
We use different retention periods for the various data that you share with us. These terms are included in our processing register.

Zebra will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.

Mapping website visit

The Zebra website keeps track of general visitor data, including the IP address of your computer and the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyzes of visitor and click behavior on the website. Zebra uses this information to improve the operation of the website. This data is anonymized as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to Zebra will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

The website may contain links to other websites. This privacy statement only applies to the Zebra website. Other websites can use their own privacy policy. We recommend that you always consult the respective privacy statement of that website for the use of other websites.

Security systems

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorized access, publication and unlawful processing. In this way we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to your data, that access to the personal data is protected and that our security measures are checked regularly.
If the suspicion of a data breach exists, the Head of Business Office will be informed. The Head of Business Office will investigate whether there is actually a data leak and if that is indeed the case, take action to stop the leak and / or prevent further spreading. In that case, the Head of Business Office will also make the necessary notifications to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and inform the parties involved.


There is camera surveillance on our premises and in our building. The images are used for no other purpose than the security of the site and building. The images are kept for four weeks, unless an incident can be seen on the images. In that case, the images are saved until the incident is completed.

Change of privacy policy

Zebra adjusts its privacy policy from time to time to keep this up-to-date. The most recent version of our privacy policy will always be included on the website. We therefore recommend that you regularly consult the privacy regulations. In case of major changes we will do everything to inform you by e-mail, newsletter and / or via the website.

Of course we will gladly help you further if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data.
