Installation Service Technician

For a company in Goes we are looking for an Installation Service Technician.

The work with our client is very varied. As a service technician, you work with private clients at home, in companies, in schools, in health institutions, etc. You are dedicated daily to the independent execution of maintenance work and the elimination of independent defects in the different mechanical installations, such as heating, cooling and air treatment.

Start the day with the journey to the first customer. Work orders are ready on your Tablet, so you don't always need to drive through the local workshop. In the meantime, you collect your materials at the supplier or in our workshop. Of course it combines with a delicious cup of coffee, a pat on the office dog balloon and a greeting to your colleagues. When you're ready at your first address, you'll have the work order digitally signed and you'll leave for your next client. Your colleague takes care of your planning, so you have a regular phone contact so you can coordinate work and customer agreements. If you need to order parts, order them digitally and create a new work order for it, so that the follow-up appointment can also be scheduled quickly.

If you have any questions or need advice, your colleagues will of course be at your disposal.

Because even though you are very independent, the team spirit within our company is of great importance.

You are part of the service team within our organization with 35 employees. It consists of a technical management director, a planner and the other 5 technical service colleagues. Together they form an important part. You are synonymous with quality and customer service orientation.

Specifications:

• Completed a training Title of Tecnico Superior in facility engineering;
• You already have work experience as a mechanic;
• You are accurate, communicative and service oriented;
• You are energetic and full of perseverance;
• In possession of a driver's license;
• Fluid English Level B2
